The **fastest method** is via the **ServiceWA app**, where approved claims are paid out in about a week. Alternatively, families can apply through: - The Department of Education website - Paper forms (available as needed, especially for regional communities) Applicants must provide a student’s **WA Student Number (WASN)**, which can be found on SmartRider cards, school reports or NAPLAN results.
